My Accountant never phones to give me advice; I have to ring to prompt him.

We agree regular face-to-face meetings and will ring you with positive ideas and advice.

My Accountant won't ring me back.

We will ring you back. You will also have our private mobile phone numbers for emergencies.

I get passed from one "specialist" to another.

You will have one member of the Cox Jerome team to look after you with support from the other team members.

I can't see my Accountant when it is convenient for me.

Meetings are by mutual agreement. Where necessary we are able to see clients in the evening or weekend.

I can never budget properly and always seem to get a big bill out of the blue.

We will agree with you up front fixed fees for work that we do. You can pay these fees over a twelve month period.

My Accountant won't come with me to see my Bank Manager.

We will attend such meetings with you. Alternatively we can meet with your Bank Manager on your behalf. A fee for either of these services will be agreed up front.

I am worried about changing Accountants because of the time and cost involved.

We do all of the work for you, normally free of charge.

I am suspicious of accountants, solicitors and other professionals.

We look after people in an open, honest and caring way.

My Accountant has never visited my premises.

Visits to our clients at their premises are made on a regular basis. We work hard to get to know the people owning and running the business.

My Accountant sends someone who knows nothing about me or my business.

We work as a team when dealing with clients' affairs. This ensures that we all have an excellent understanding of your business and personal affairs.
